Alright, well let me tell you first off that it needed the timing chain. Bad. Had it not, i'd of put the timing cover back on and returned the parts. Anyway, i loosened the distributor and turned it while cranking it and it fired up. Just needs to be fine tuned now. And the timing chain did jump a couple of teeth, it was just hard for me to tell.
