just got a new 85 2.5 jeep cherokee and i am having issues with it starting up motor turns all cly. are getting spark per the timing light put in new plugs, new ignition coil and distribitor. got the timing in tune i had it set ran it up the road about a mile or two got home turned jeep off and on several times the next day went to start it up and nothing turns but dosnt seem to crank. my next thought is a new fuel filter and maybe bad gas. oh and by the way most of the vac. hose will proberly need repacing so i am thinking of old schooling the hoses but dont know where to start, i am in shock my newer truck doesnt have this many hoses. any ideas on any of this will be greatly apperciated

 

I would check to see if your CPS discinnected, or if it has gone bad. It will crank with no start with a bad CPS.
