1981 jeep j10
I just got a 1981 j10 over the weekend. I had never seen one before and I fell in love. It is awesome we did some horse traden and now she’s mine. It's got a 427 with a 350 turbo auto and 35x15.50x15's. Suppose to have 675hp 
He told me he had got on it hard and herd a pop. He wasn't sure if it was the rear-end or a u-joint. I jacked it up till both wheels were off the ground. And rotated the driver’s wheel. The passenger’s wheel didn't move. Then it grabs an started to move. I think it may have spun an axle. The motor has less then 6000 miles on it. I'm going to look tomorrow for a ford 9" out of an early 90's explorer and change out the amc 20. Stronger rear-end plus I can have disc brakes all the way round. I'll put some pics up tomorrow night.
