I have this setup right now. The front wheels have only rubbed on LCA's at full steer (which can be fixed with different wheels), I haven't jammed the front into the fenders yet but I also haven't disconnected my swaybar. The rears will rub the frame and fender well when they get stuffed up but it's really not too bad.
Best pic I have of the rears stuffed up.
I think all of my rubbing issues could be fixed with better backspacing and some very MINOR trimming.

Mine rubbed the rear fender alot and actually got into the fender once and bent it up front. Then we trimmed them and no more probs.

Wheel spacers arent very safe. You can go the adapters route but it would be cheaper to buy a set of the cragar steel wheels than those. We never had a rubbing problem with the 31s unless we were wheeling. There was a problem right after we put the lift on with the fenders unmodified but it was because the rear springs sagged and we fixed that by adding a leaf from another set of Cherokee spring packs.
