Save the money you`ll spend on a high flow muffler and buy a camera that can focus close up! ...Just teasing....Would one of the 99+ intake manifolds do anything gas milage wise?

Yea, the camera sucks, or I such at taking pictures.

I went ahead and replaced the O2 sensor. It was $40 and not worth debating.

I get about 18mpg HW and/or 15mpg City. Mines a 96XJ(se), 4L, 2dr, 103K miles, also with an Automatic Trans.(AW4), which had to be replaced due to my own fault, but my Trans only has approximately 50K miles on it: Got the entire Borla Exhaust coupled to a level one Random Technologies Cataylitic Converter on the exhaust end. On the intake I've installed the K&N FIPK, and just for fun installed Stewart Warner gauges in a pod on the drivers side pedestal. I had the entire suspension upgraded or changed out to OEM Up-Country suspension. Man what a hard ride it is now! But Hey, I'm a newbie and my rig isn't all decked out in the lastest body lifts and/or oversized wheels and tires. And for what it's worth, may I suggest performing a diagnostic test on the Exhaust gases, just to ensure your burning all of the fuel introduced to the cylinders. If not there are ways to beef up the ignition system with the use of compressed high density multi-spark coils that require one to run with OEM spark plugs or the next cooler heat range and of course increasing the spark gap to create a bigger spark profile. Another major cause of loss of milage could be attributed to your Automatic Transmission Slipping; or something as simple as brakes dragging. Thanks for letting me tell you all about my rig and express my thoughts! Hope this provides some vision to the issue at hand.

Funny thing is in reality it probably doesnt really matter. I bought some ATF from NAPA and they advised it was re-bottled valvoline. Wonder what Supertech really is?

I go with the other stuff for peace of mind, but it seems I cant hold onto a rig for more that a year so i could probably get away without even changing it at all.
