Default 1 ton steering upgrade: Is it time?

I keep finding myself at the JCR site looking at the one ton steering upgrade and I don't know if it is the time in my build to pull the trigger on it. Here is what I am rocking currently:

99 XJ
3.5" coils/add-a-leaf kit
2" Budget Boost
Rough Country Shocks for 6" lift
Rough Country Drop Brackets
Skyjacker 16" fixed lower control arms

I just recently replaced my u-joints which were completely destroyed and my ride is so much better already but its still a bit shaky. I have a factory tie rod and I know it is probably a good idea to replace it so I am thinking I should just go with the one ton upgrade, as opposed to just getting a beefier tie rod by itself, especially since they are running their black Friday sale.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

If you don't have a locker in the front, i'd say you could save your money and put it elsewhere. However, the GC or other beefy tie rod/drag link would be a nice addition for peace of mind for pretty cheap.

It has not. Running stock. I know I need to do that... badly.

See I have thought about getting the GC tie rod but if I am going to spend ~$100 for that why not spend another $175 and get a full upgrade, right?

Well, for me, ANOTHER 175 bucks just isn't in the budget for something that's not broke/don't need fixin'.
