Hi cherokee forum tech im the new guy im gene i have a problem with starting my xj it has only 45000 miles and startsmost of the time on 2nd or third crank ive changed cam shaft sensor,crank shaft sensor and the idel air control the fuel pump is ok but i can,t solve it need your help thanks gene le beau [new guy]oh yeah its a 2001

 

have you checked fuel pressure and watched the spark while starting? might be pcm

 

I have a coil pack can,t get to spark plugs it runs fine after it starts it been going on for a couple of years it always starts but never the first time thanks for your input waxman
