I just changed my oil pump due to low pressure the pickup tube was clogged on the old one so whent ahead and rebuilt it and ordered a brand new one. Oil pressure is doing great engine purs at idle bubwhen given throttle it makes a tapping noise now which it didn't make before sometimes it increases with throttle increase and sometimes it goes away. And comments are greatly appreciated

 

Mechanics stethoscope or a long screwdriver and touch all your moving accessories.And the valvecover and oil pan also.
