I think this is it here. I wish I could remember the name of it. Put your hand on it while idling and see if you feel it knocking.

it could be a busted motor mount? since there was no change with the oil add...it could still be the motor though just throwing out some ideas..

purge solenoid its probably sticking, replace it or clean it out with carb cleaner

Normal clicking from it is normal,but its only suppose to open at cruising speeds, and it shouldnt be loud enough to hear inside the car

I very much doubt that's the oil pressure sending unit. How is that going to detect oil pressure mounted on the firewall? The OPSU needs to be mounted in the block- on my jeep it's located just above the oil filter.

Purge solenoid looks and sounds a lot more reasonable.

thanks guys, i dont believe it is the purge solenoid because i cannot hear it from the engine bay, only from inside the cab. I am going to look at it and post up what i find on Saturday.

Mine was like that too. You can't hear it with the hood open, but you can hear it in the cab. Just put your hand on it and see if you feel it knocking.

Higher and actually bolted to the block, every efi engine has a knock sensor its an input to advance or retard timing. It looks kinda like a really thick washer
