I know same here. They need to fix the search on CF... I heard them say it's all forums that use this App, but it's not...the search function works just fine on other forums I'm on with the same App....????? Dunno...

 

No we care and the owners care. However all we can do is report issues. We can't fix them. I guess I should have been a bit more clear by what I meant on control.

 

I am going to forward that on to the owners of the site. What other sites if you don't mind telling me do you use this app on? I don't have an android or iphone so I have no way of testing. On my windows phone I have an app that works perfect.

 

Ok talked with IB (company that owns the site) and they are working with the Forum Runner folks to resolve the issue.

The simple and dirty explanations is we use a different search implementation on the site than the app if programmed for. So IB will work with the app producer to fix the issue. This could be an update to the app, an update to our site or a change in our search implementation. Either way they are working to resolve the issue.

I'll try to post an update when I have one. Enjoy.

I don't on Android. I have had some issues, but haven't seen that yet.

 

Same here. I don't use full browser unless needed.
