Alright CF, as a suggestion to increase members and activity on CF, do y'all think we should add the Liberty or Commander to our model lineup? The Liberty is the model to replace the XJ and has proven to be a decent vehicle along with Off-road support just like the XJ. And the larger Commander is showing the same. Any thoughts?

And I love the idea. Not a huge KJ guy myself, don't really mind them though. When I was in Europe a few months back I went wheeling with a bunch of UK Jeep owners, and man those diesel KJ do work! They loved it when I called it a Liberty instead of a Cherokee.

I don't like the idea honestly. Since Chrysler added all their plastic crap I'm just not too crazy about either one of them. The Cherokee is a huge part of the SUV movement and deserves to have an entire forum to itself. That's what makes this forum so resourceful. No need to dig through a bunch of other models' forums. That's the main reason why I switched to this forum as opposed to jeepforum.com
I say leave it the way it is...

lol I love the movie
Both are garbage and not fit for much more than gravel driveways and dirt roads. We don't need a bunch of soccer moms with plastic chryslers on here imo.
The number of people wheeling those things is extremely limited, especially the Commander. If they're capable enough to swap in a solid axle, get past Chryslers horrible v6 motors and nanny state over rides on everything from emissions to brakes then they don't need any help. Most people with a Liberty or Commander who sign up are going to create endless stupid threads about minor crap and just clutter up the forum.
