Advertisements with audio
Just got an ad with audio that popped up. Really annoying, Ill stop using the site if this is going to continue. First one I got from Cherokeeforum ever.
Came from here http://qo.bonjourquebec.com/en/us/winter?utm_campaign=MTO_%3A_US_%3A_Hiver_2012&utm_ source=79616^Collective_Network^collective_network ^ros-rich&utm_content=728x90^us_rich&utm_medium=banner
Was a banner advertisement.

I'm a Foxfire Browser fan. Pop-ups are supper rare. I do get audio at weather.com. Boy some sites do load allot of cookies though . (ah-ahem).
Explorer is a definite no-no. Everything is geared to target that.

I wouldn't leave a site. Use use Chrome with ad blockand I firewall my home network to filter at the IP level before it ever hits my PC.
Although I do agree with his sentiment and how the internet has become littered with ads that are usless. It's not ever going to get better only worse. It's also IMHO a major major security hole in how we utilize technology. Ad's tend to attract sloppy code which in turn attracts the underbelly of the internet to show their face and cause probs.
He'll be back.
