Hey guys, so my friend and i are building up his cherokee and his hatch latch is stuck closed. just needing the little mechanism that holds the door open, unfortunately, his is in the trash so no pics, but it should be the same for any 97+ models.

Please please please let me know if anybody has or can get one, the cheapest one i found is over a hundred dollars and i'm sure someone has an extra sitting around somewhere.

 

Just a heads up. It more than likely doesn't need a latch.. Bleepinjeep made a video to repair it, take a look. It's a common issue
