That's what I did got 3/4 in conduit from lowes and some pieces that are 90% angles and just bolted the thing together than attached the top piece to the bottom piece with some flat play pre drilled and self taping screws, very simple

I have a roof rack that is gutter mounted, has 4 light tabs, removable spare tire mount, high lift mount and is extremely strong. It also is in 3 sections so you can make it smaller or larger if you need to. I had it custom made for my jeep and needs by a local fab shop but I can't fit in my garage with all my equipment up there so I am looking to go another route.Originally Posted by Wheel3r
