Thumbs up Lift Kit

Looking to lift my 96 as high as possible. Currently only have 2" coil spacers in front, 2" blocks in back, and 2" wheel spacers. Money is kind of tight right now, but i'm still looking. Best if it comes with shocks, if not thats cool too. Just post what youve got and i'll let you know what i can do with it. Also, don't try to con me guys and gals, I can look up prices on the internet, so please be honest. Thanks!

Personally if money is tight as it is with millions of people ,I would wait till I could loosen the belt easier, than I could really get a great lift with what is needed. You say you want to go high so than means at least 6.5 inchs which will included a SYE and driveshafts than new tires at least 33 inch maybe new rims ,and at 6.5 inches you will want long arms. just my opion g/l.

I have a mostly complete Rustys Offroad 4.5" suspension lift kit..It`s used but in perfect working order..Front coils.. Rear leafs.. transfer case drop.. Adjustable tracking bar.. Lower control arms..Front shocks.. front brakeline extensions... All it`s missing is the 2 rear shocks.. The 2 rear brakeline extensions and the swaybar drop kit. It`s a $670 kit new, Of course because of the bulk and weight UPS would probably be $100 to ship it so not sure what I could sell it for.

No those springs have to be bastard packed into the XJ spring pack. Listen if you don't have a butt load of money to spend on this, wait til you do. At 8 inches in the rear you have to get a SYE which is one of the single most expensive parts to obtain (new is about 180 for the kit without a driveline), in the front, 8 inches means your converting to a long arm kit, adding a good adjustable track bar, etc. I picked this same one up for $1500 not long ago. http://www.quadratec.com/products/76...googlemerchant
As you can see, it's a $3000 kit. I looked for over a year before finding this deal.

got a sye and all that fun stuff already, runnin a sort of mid arm 6" kit, im just kickin around ideas to raise up the back without payin 500 for new leafs, was gonna say if they bolted in i could look for lifted dakota/s10 packs. Anyone ever try adding springs to a lifted pack?

The arch on the s 10/dakota pack is where the lift comes from. But I got 3.5 inches by adding the two longest leafs from each side from another XJ pack I had laying around. I do not have experience adding leafs to a full lift pack, but I don't see where the issue would be. The only problem is that it5 would be trial and error to figure out how many more springs you need to lift to what you want.
