I tried to ask this on the for sale page but I couldn't. It's a 98 grand Cherokee 4x4 195xxx it has several things wrong with it, it needs a new power steering jug thing, water fills up in the passenger floor, it needs a head liner, the radio don't work, the air won't go on high, it needs a maf ( I think not really sure) the sun roof won't open. It's basically junk. I wanna sell it for a down payment on something else, it'd be cool to use as like an off road toy only but this pos is my daily driver. So how much do you think I could sell it for, like 500 if I'm lucky?

If you sell it as a whole not very much. under a grand. if you part it out you could get in the grand maybe 2 if you wait long enough

if you find the right buyer, then maybe. other than that,id say part it out. it would take some time, but you could get a bigger downpayment that way.

No rust at all. It's just it needs so much done to it and I don't have the money to play the guessing game.

I agree with Gatchmo5710 and tornprincesgirl, part it out. I'm sure there are a lot of Jeep parts that are still in good than bad condition. You can also get larger amount that way rather than selling it as a whole, 'cause I doubt if someone will buy it.

nothing you mentioned is that bad...why is everyone saying 500 bucks? water means holes fix with foam and bl,who NEEDS radio, and a power steering reservoir isnt that bad, might even be glueable, mafs hardest maybe, and head liners come and go

Does the engine run smooth and the transmission work well? If those are fine then all the rest of that is'nt bad. As long as the engine and tranny was good I'd buy it for $500. Heck you could fix everything you mentioned with one day at the junkyards near me.
