Console lid latch needed 98 sport
I'm looking for a console latch, the lid is in good shape but the latch was made of plastic (bad idea). If anyone has one please let me know, this luckliy should be an easy item to mail out.
Thanks for taking the time!

I have one, it's in excellent condition, albeit used.
I can include pictures if you wish.
It's the wonderful black version, still has smooth opperation, with a strong spring.
I have loved this latch handle for the entire time I've had it. To be honest, I've only had it for 8 months. But I know the person I bought it from well, his wife drove the vehicle and she is a very kind, caring, loving person who I just know treated it with love and respect.
Before that, it was purchased new and used for a few years by a kind Canadian. So not only has it been in the loving soft hands of a woman, and under the rough, fun, but very mechanically adept and caring use of myself, but it has been used most likely to access stashes of Marijuana and Beer, being that it was owned by a bona-fide Canadian.
This latch handle has had a very full, very travled, and very interesting life.
This latch handle will provide you with endless years of trouble free use, as well as knowing that it has a wonderful story to it.
In light of this, I will be charging $75 shipped for this fine example of MOPAR engineering.

Pay no attention to other posers with their inferior grey handles.
I can guarantee that they do not have the colorful history and rich story of my handle.
Price is still a firm $75 shipped.

You can get them on http://www.teamcherokee.com for $17 + S/H
I think some of the others might be a few cards shy of a full deck.

Already went and picked through the local junk yard, ALL of the jeep consoles were either already gone or missing the entire lid. I'll just order the dang thing and pay the freight, by the time I drive to another junk yard I'll have as much in gas as the thing will cost.
