Looking to build an offroad pop up trailer, looking for a Coleman Colorado or similar trailer.

Needs to be solid with canvas in good condition. Cash waiting and will travel a bit for the right project donor. If you happen to know of one available i'd appreciate the lead..

Still looking. Interested in other models also, something small and light is the goal.

Willing to trade an Overland RTT for it or will purchase with cash. If you happen to know of one or see one listed please point me in the right direction. I'm watching CL but haven't found the right one yet.

What kind of price range are you looking at?

Colorado's are nearly impossible to find anymore.

 

I see them anywhere from a few hundred to 2500 or so redone.

I passed on one last summer for 500 locally.. I shouldn't have. Actually they do come up pretty often but the clean ones go quick.

I may be expanding my search to smaller dual slide pups.. like a Coleman Taos (8'). Would like the project donor to be under 1K lb's to start.

I really like the StarCraft Meteor with single bunk slideout.. I see the model had single and double.

I'll entertain a ratty old camper that's pretty much useless, so long as I can get the bows and attaching hardware. Rotted canvas, wood or frame wont discourage me.. so long as it's mostly there to use as a template.

I'll order new canvas, make a new box, use heavier frame and order new axle.

But I need a one sided popup (lightweight), don't want to carry the add'l weight of items I don't need cross country.

I'll toss a finders fee your way if you point me in the direction of something I purchase.
