I've searched all over (online, and the junkyards) and can't find a first gen XJ chrome grille and headlight bezels.
The grille and bezels came stock on the following trim levels:
1985-1992 Laredo
1991-1993 Briarwood


Let me know if you have one that's in somewhat good condition. It can't be cracked or broken. Thanks for looking

 

id sell u mine but i painted mine black to match the rest of the black on the xj

 

We should have traded! When I got my XJ I had the black grille, but painted it metallic silver with white accents to match my XJ better.

Those chrome grilles are getting harder and harder to find but the black ones are dime a dozen!

 

i was just at the junkyard today and saw one and was going to get it for u but got closer and noticed it was all busted up everywhere on it

 

Thanks for looking for me man. That's the trouble I seem to be having, sometimes I'll find them in the junkyards, but they're always busted up or rusted around the trim.

How much are you looking to spend? I think there is a few good ones at a local junkyard by me.

 

Usually the junkyard I go to charges $30 for the bezels and grille, but I haven't found one in good shape lol.

I'm looking to spend $30-$35 I guess.

 

Ill try to head out to the yard soon and see what the condition of them are. If i remember right one xj had them in perfect condition. Could have been my eyes tho!

I have a 92 Laredo with the chrome in great condition. I don't really like the chrome and have been half assed looking for black. Do you have black to trade?

 

I have a black one on my xj right now that was painted, but it's pretty beat up. My xj had front end damage from the PO so there's small broken parts. I could probably grab you one from the junkyard that's still in good condition.
