There's a guy on ebay that sells these. Here's a LINK to one of his auctions. If you click on his name & go to his other items for sale. You might find what you're looking for. I look for him whenever I change tire sizes (which, unfortunately, I have done quite a bit!)

I wouldn't trust his chart though.
