Hows that tube front bumper coming along?

 

its on the back burner thanks to my long arm kit. i want one too so ill have them rollin off the assembly line here really soon after i make mine and use it as the guinea pig

 

Where would these being shipped from? Any plans for a rear 97+ XJ bumper yet?

 

they would be shipped out of victorville most likely down the road from me at ups. im in hesperia 92345.
iv gotta do something for rears, the guy who was supposed to be helping me stopped showing up so now i have to get 2 peoples jobs done by myself, i guess i have to accept that ill be behind for a bit but i will get around to bumpers for pre and post 97. correct me if im wrong but 97 is the year when the trim is extended in the rear?

iv got an 89 so mine is different. i have a friend with a 99 i think but i do know it has the longer trim, were going to make a bumper for his and ill get the measurements when i build his so i can build rears for any year xj

 

something like this would be cool if you could do it for $200-250

i can do the tubing on the side in 1 inch or 1.5. id prefer to do 1.25 on the sides but i dont have a die for 1.25.

someone was helping me with the bumpers and he quit showing up so now i get to juggle roof racks and bumpers so im a bit behind

i need someones winch to use to mock up on a bumper then i can make one.
if anyone local loans me their winch for mock up ill make you a great deal on a winch bumper


as for shipping to you ups told me 120 to Knoxville Tennessee to a residential address, im going to open an account with them for better prices,
