btw I estimated Fedex Ground at 100lb with the dimensions of 60W-6T-12L and shipping was like $70-$80. I am definitely interested now

its made out of 2x6 .120 wall but the bottom of it is 3/16, i cut it out and put thicker material in the bottom and where i capped it.
it mounts to the 8 factory mounting bolts, i left the rear on jack stands for a month with the stands sitting under the bumper and nothing happened, iv also slammed it pretty good out at the hammers and other places.
its worked perfect with no issues, i actually copied the mounts and made a tube version to replace it

 

Well Feel Free to sell it if you get an offer, again I dont get paid until 6/3/11. But I am game.

also It would be cool if you could add a side piece that went under the quater panels (mine are cut)
