Just wanted to say: I got my throttle body today via USPS. Dennis went out of his way to get my throttle body to me as early as possible. Great looking product and I hope to put it on tomorrow.

 

Would you do a renix TB if I sent you one?

 

Sorry, I cant do Renix TBs.....Ive tried to take one to 60mm so I could use a butterfly from an HO, and blew a hole right thru the side.

If it has a 4.0 engine, I believe the TB is the exact same one as on the XJs, so yes, Im sure I can. Please verify that before we do business.

 

hey im inteested in picking up one of these for my 98, just curious if it would still work with the TBS I already have or would the bore of the TB be bigger than the bore of the TBS? So would it still be restrictive in the airflow or not? Sorry for rambling id just like to keep my TBS. Thanks

 

It will probably be smaller, or the same size as your spacer. Its right at about 60mm, same as above the plate when I get done with it.

I do have one I bored to 62mm, and it came out very nice, but you would have to make your own throttle plate for it.

 

ok man im gonna give a few jy's a call 2morro and see if I can get any tb's to send you, either way im thinking about pulling mine off and sending it to you since I dont use my jeep during the week, so would it still be $40 if I send you my tb?

 

Really interested, I'm wondering if you have one for a 93 and a 95?
