Ive got bored out HO throttle bodies for sale. TB only. You add your IAC and TPS. Will include the shaft/butterfly, $45 shipped. Or send me your bare TB and I will clean it, bore it and ship it back for $35 shipped.
To clarify, I am boring out the restriction under the throttle plate on my lathe.

Might be a dumb question? Could you clean and bore out my renix throttle body? If so how much?

It shouldnt be any a whole lot different, I think that how the linkage and sensors bolt on to it is what is different.

 

whats the point it boring one out? couldnt you just buy a bigger one?

 

Its a lot more expensive to buy a new one. I may look into this. It would be sweet of you could get a before and after pic on this thread.

Awesome! As soon as I can either find another throttle body or can be without my XJ for a couple of weeks, it'll be on its way to you. Renix 2.5L.

 

Ive got a few cores left, and I think I just read that the 2.5 sensors bolt right up to the 4.0 TB.....can anyone verify?

Mine came in the mail today, I have yet to see it, but my brother opened up the package, and said everything looked to be in check. I'll post back with a report later this week.
