Are they fresh out the jy? Do you clean them or ohm test them in addition to the new o-rings?

 

I clean them, and I can ohm test them. I don't replace the filter screens like Programbo does, hence the lower price. I tried pulling the screen out of one and destroyed it, since I don't have the proper tools. My friend runs a set of these same jy fresh ones in his 93 4.0 with zero problems.
