According to the Napa site for the same 447190 part number, it's pictured as a complete assembly all the back to the third cat. Which one is correct, Napa or Magnaflow's site picture?

What would be a good catalytic converter for a 98 XJ with 2.5" tubing? Gonna be matched with an APN header and flow master 44

I would trust MagnaFlow's site. There are no CA legal converters advertised as "high flow". That being said, your OE converter is 500 cell and the MagnaFlow will be 400 cell, so it will flow better than stock.

You will probably be ok but it is nothing that I can guarantee.

Just wanted to leave a review- Ordered a Super 44 and a spun cat from him about a week ago. I got both with 3" inlets/outlets. Got my parts today- was delayed because of a huge snow storm. Everything is exactly what I ordered and at a great price. No complaints here. Thanks man!
