LII has been around a while.. I have been eyeing his Shackle relocation brackets.
There is also a build on Pirate where these were used in a front leaf spring build.. Totally Pimp

Nope, you didn't read me wrong. You answered my question correctly. No shackles, you can use sliders, with shackles, you can't. Thanks for the answer..I was looking at the pictures and didn't see schakles so that is why I wanted to ask before I bought a set.

DUH! nm...it helps if you pay attention and look closer at the rigging. I never noticed the track above and below the channel.
Any idea of how much more down travel these provide on a 4.5 inch lift as compared to regular extended shackles or other brand relocation brackets? I'd like to see some more rear droop pics on some less "full buggy" Cherokee's.

if you use the front frame stiffeners, does that mean you dont need the bumper brackets to tie in to the frame when installing aftermarket bumper? or would you need both?

You will always need bumper tie ins for an aftermarket bumper. The frame stiffeners keep you from bending your frame during hard wheeling. I wish I would have invested in frame stiffeners a long time ago. I thought I didn't need them because I would never wheel hard enough to bend the frame. Well I was wrong and I've now got a small bend in my frame that makes my Jeep not sit level, among other problems. Learn from others mistakes. =)
This may seem strange, my posting in a competitors thread but I respect and like Tim and his products are very well thought out and innovative. Tim may have only been selling to the public for a few years but he has been around for a good while and certainly knows what it takes to make something the right way.
From the business standpoint I welcome someone like Tim & Liquid Iron Industries because he pushes the envelope and makes all of us work harder to do better. So don't worry, this is a good product and one I wish I had made first

Thanks Dan! I really appreciate it. I wouldn't call us competitors, more like challengers.
Dan has told me many times that he kicks himself for not developing some of my products first. There's a certain amount of respect to be said for someone who doesn't take your product and run with it. This feeling is mutual between us and always will be.
I look forward to pushing the envelope even more. We are developing some really cool stuff right now. I don't like making the same thing everyone else does, I don't care how much easy money is in it.
