Wow, brutus is brutal! 
had probs getting the steering box straight enuf to get the bolts started....out in the street, dark out, flashlight dimming, rust flaking into my eyes, its all good now! 3 hours becuz had to cut the fender supports on both sides before sliding on the outstanding bumper Chris built! once I put the center bolt on and cinched down, became much easier as well as using a large phillips to center bolt holes.
