any way you could do a rear tire carrier option, but sell it broke down and i can weld it up here? basically finish weld the entire bumper, cut the metal and all for the rear carrier and I can have it finish welded?

Man I can't wait to get this bumper already been awhile since I ordered it, but I have bought my last bumper from him and it's a great bumper holds up really good.

Going to order the hoop as soon as my bumper ships and a steering spacer !

Great looking bumper!
I've read through a large chunk of the 145 pages and was curious if any steering spacers or anything is needed when installing the bumper (non winch one)?? I read a few posts stating once installed it screwed up some of their steering components??

Also, is cutting of the fender flares needed?

When i installed mine, i replaced the stock aluminum spacer between the steering box and unibody rail with a steel replacement from JCR Offroad. The aluminum spacer is prone to cracking and breaking to pieces because it is junk. I installed new grade 8 bolts into my steering box when i installed the bumper as well. You have to trim the fenders if you get the extended side option, as it protrudes back into the front fender. Without the front extended side option you might not have to trim any of the fender off.

You want the extended side version.

The bumper does not do anything but help yiur steering, it makes the rails stronger and help with bigger tires, the extend sides are if your not cutting and looking more for a stock look. There is a wait on bumper due to this being my hobby/part-time job but I try to work with everyone and get ordered out, if anyone needs any help or have any questions on your order email me at littleleonard2008@yahoo com and all bumpers are cnc plasma cut now and in a month or so ill have a diy kit available.

Thanks for the info. I'd rather not cut the fenders. I checked out your site and the pics of peoples rides on there. If I was to order this week what kind of time frame am I looking at? I'm in no big hurry but I need to know how long I need to be patient for the new fun item. ha

We'll considering a guy asked the same question yesterday and was told 8+ weeks, I'd imagine you'd get about the same answer.
