The CavFab XJ 3 Link Reveal
Alright folks..there has been quite a bit of talk about when we would reveal the kit..and here it is. We are almost ready to start taking pre orders for the kit at a promotional price for the first handful of people that order. We are set on offering the promotional price of $729.99 plus a flat rate shipping to the lower 48 (will get a shipping cost ASAP)
Now on to the goodies:
Laser cut and press broke cross member made of 1/4" Steel. 1/4" link mounts, laser cut outs to clear the exhaust and drive shaft (as seen in the pics).
The cross member is a bolt on piece..we will also be offering an additional plate that bolts to the side of the unibody for extra strength.
The lower links are 2" .25" wall DOM
Upper link is 1.75" .120" wall DOM
All adjustable
The kit features absolutely beef 1.25" Currie joints on the cross member side.
The lower links feature a poly bushing on the axle end.
The driver side axle mount uses a Currie machined joint that simply goes in place of the stock bushing above the differential..which we include.
The kit will work on 3" or more lift and will add an additional 1-1.5" to the wheelbase.
We will also be releasing a bolt on transfer skid add on to this kit.
The kit Will also come with all required Grade 8 hardware.
The geometry and on/Offroad characteristics of this kit are absolutely fantastic, we believe you will have a hard time finding a better performing option.

For those curious...this is kit I am running and prototyping on my rig. I will say, it is absolutely fantastic, not one single complaint about it.
It took the place of my RC long arm kit...and the difference is night and day.

I'm very interested in this kit. Do you have an estimate for this kit shipped to 31620? Is it powder coated? What's the time frame for shipping these? Do you have an idea about the cost of the additional transfer case add on.

Hey Peligro, We are kicking this off with a pre order. The $729.99 is the pre order price through 5/31. Kits will begin shipping on 6/1 in the order in which they were pre ordered. I am going to guess shipping will be in the $50 range and I'd like to keep it a flat rate across the board..that isn't set in stone yet but should be very soon. We can offer powder coating in your choice of color for an additional price..however the kit will come standard with a nice coat of paint on it. The add on t case skid is about a month out..we are currently still working to design this out to make it as high clearance as possible while still remaining a mostly bolt on piece. Ill have the kit on the website today and will update this thread when I'm finished.

Ok I have placed my order....damn I forgot about the taxes in GA...lol. You said shipping would start in the beginning of June, if possible would I would like mine to be shipped a little later...like mid June so I can be home to get it off the truck. Let me know if you need my order number. Thank you for making this product. I was originally going to buy a TNT long arm system even though what I really wanted was a true 3 or 4 link, I like that you used currie joints and the look of your crossmember. Great job! Can't wait to get installed.

You feel that the cross member is strong enough with no gusseting or bracing on the inside? Or is there bracing in there? I don't see a picture of the inside of the cross-member.
I would definitely feel more comfortable with something inside there since I've seen 1/4" wall 2x4 cross members shaped like a banana. lol
I'd also like to see the back side of the LCA tabs to be boxed in and braced on both sides.
Just some constructive criticism. I would like to see pics of the inside.
Looks like a decent product.
