I also wonder about the passenger side upper vs drivers side. Seems like it would fit better over there
We can build an X-Member with a passenger side upper for an additional cost. We have had no clearance issues out of our standard driver side mount, and we also are not a fan of the factory passenger side upper axle mount that most everyone around is still running, thing is a taco (and we love tacos, just not that kind)

ah yes. Well i assume anyone building it to the passenger side would be prepared to replace that piece of tin foil
Also another reason is because of axle swaps. It's easier to run passenger side upper arm because of the nonexistent upper mount on the top of the pumpkin on other axles.
