Hey Cav,

I'm still considering this kit. Can you measure how far "in" from the frame the upper link is?

I'm not around my jeep right now but I'll get the measurement shortly.

It's VERY tight

No rush and thank you,

I'm basically trying to see how far the bracket and upper link goes to the center. My 231 is clocked which moves it a little further outboard. My Driveshaft BARELY clears my IRO long arm crossmember.

The box is absolutely massive and it's ungodly heavy. We haven't found a better or cheaper way to ship it.

Also, we have not installed on an AX15 XJ however it shouldn't have any issues fitting.

Possibly consider splitting it up into 2 boxes. Or check ground freight options with UPS i think they offer big discounts if you ship multiple orders out at once and they can just pull a tractor trailer up to your door.

Hey cav, I see you said you haven't installed it on a manual xj, also said it shouldn't have any problems. I am prepared to purchase a kit right now but if for some reason it doesn't fit my 92 2dr 5 spd what is your return policy?

The only difference is the crossmember height. It's 5/8" difference. It should work with no issues.

Bingo

Should be identical fit. The majority of LA manufacturers don't even make you specify which tranny you have because the crossmember works on both.

Any more photos of this installed? I am waiting to close on my house, and then i will be pulling the trigger on this! I kept going back and forth between the serious long arm kit and this kit, but i might as well go for the best!

I actually just finished installing this over some stiffeners. Still need to make some adjustments, but I'll get some better photos up soon. Go Cavfab, you won't regret it
