Thanks for all the tips everyone, hopefully CavFab will post the install instructions on their site soon.
Stud gets removed and a bolt gets put in its place. Soak them with some penetrating oil for a couple days.

IF you have any issues with the threads being stripped out, you can re-tap those holes with a 7/16 tap which is one size larger than the factory bolts.

I can drive it to get an alignment without them... heck just weld the crossmember to your stiffners...

I've definitely contemplated just welding it.

Getting the alignment done mid week, just have to get the rear brake line in, bleed the brakes, put the side tie in brackets in, double check all the bolts and she should be good to go.

Waiting on bump stops for the rear as well, but they should be here this week.

Well my links never shipped, so Dave went back to the shop last night and checked personally and then printed a new 2nd day label and now they'll be here Wednesday (as long as they go out today). I have an exam Wednesday night, but may have time Wednesday morning and if not when I get home Wednesday after my exam they're going under the jeep and I plan to have it on wheels by Thursday to get an alignment and some poser shots.
