Boostwerks.com Stainless Steel Jeep Turbo Manifolds
We are proud to finally become a member of the CF family!
For those of you who don't yet know about us, we are the only Mfg of 4.0L Turbo Manifolds developed specificly around the Cherokee chassis. We have spent an incredible amount of time figuring out what does and what doesn't work, and can help you build your own 4.0L Turbo System.
At this point, it is fairly common knowledge that the 4.0L engine is a "Tank" and can take a fairly large amount of boost if tuned properly. We have been pushing 8lbs daily with NO issues to speak of on an entirely stock 99 HO motor.
4.0L Turbo Manifold Specs:

I assume the $799 doen't include the turbo?
On that note, we are looking to have complete kits in the future but for now the Manifold is all we can offer.
Just keep in mind that it's possible to build your own kit around our Manifold for less than you might think. A basic kit can be peiced together around $1500 depending on the part selection (thats including the cost of our manifold). Add in some upgrades such as an intercooler and brand name parts and the cost can get near $3,000 but it doesn't have to. Compare that to the price tag of the Supercharger kits on the market, and you'll quickly see the benefits a home brew turbo setup can offer.
No work on Renix?
The Heads we have confirmed fitment are: 0331 and 7120.
We do know the manifold WILL NOT work on the 0630 head which has a "common" #3 and #4 port. Pic:
Thanks for the posts guys!

This is not the place to discuss turbo setups. This is a for sale ad.
If you have questions on how to set one up, please do some research or post another thread in the Advanced Tech section. But be warned, this has been covered in great detail, and typically doesn't go well.

NICE! Tight fit with the intake manifold, steering shaft and motor mount.
Does the exhaust outlet mate up with the stock front downpipe? A short pipe to connect the two? Better is just a new 2.5" downpipe to the cat.
Infact, how about building a stock fiting 2.5" front pipe, headers to cat.
An idea- if you cut the intake manifold across the runners and flip the plenum half over with the throttle body on the bottom, reweld runners and then turn the turbo outlet to fit directly into the TB. No intercooler but at low boost 6-8 lbs a water/meth injection will work well.

Vendor does not return phone calls. It's been 3 days now and no answer. I left all my information and what I was inquiring about. Even called a second time to check and no answer. I run a business and that's very unprofessional. If you post your number as a business number then return calls. I'm not bashing his business however I am stating that I order to have success customer service needs to be #1 on your priority list.
