Exclamation High Output Motor

My engine in my jeep started knocking so I pulled it out. I dropped in a junk yard motor but i can't tell if its a High Output motor or not. The guy said he thought it came out of a 1993 jeep cherokee sport. Mine is a 1994 jeep cherokee country converted to 4WD. Do you think I need the extra horse power for mudding? Whats the difference between the regular and high output? When did they start and stop making the high output motor and what did they put it in?

The h.o motor came out in 91 for the first time,it produces 13 more hp,if you have a h.o motor it will have 7120 stamped on the head just behind the 4th head bolt on the drivers side.
