OK I will try this one. I have a 4L 6 2000 Cherokee and the check engine light came on. I bought a checker and hooked it up. It popped out code that were determined by the Auto Zone/Advanced Auto guy that it is o2 sensors. All five he said. Yea I knew that so I changed the lower two by mistake thinking they were in front of the cat as this 2000 has three cat. Light went out then came back on. Changed the (what I now know to be the front o2 sensors) reset the CEL and it came back on. Same codes. NOW WHAT?

I have found the problem. The bushing on both of the rear shocks are gone (where they bolt to the rear end). Does autozone or some other auto parts store sell just bushings or should I buy new shocks? Also, am I able to replace these without jacking the car up? I can wiggle them and get up under the car but I'm not sure if it's a bad idea.

You can find these everywhere. There are two type: one type is a double conical rubber bushing and the other type is a cilyndrical one. I would remove one shock (18mm lower nut and 13mm upper mount) and check it's functionality as well. If it's easy to compress or has some "blank" spots they are bad. No need to jack up the vehicle, unless you are a big boy like me.

The positive wire starts under the fuel pump relay and follows the drivers side rail, inside the vehicle under the kick panel. It's an orange wire.

When my O2 sensors were out they threw very specific codes about which sensor was bad. Unfortunately both of mine were bad. The codes read like "Bank 1, sensor 1" and "Bank 1, sensor 2". I would think 5 being bad would be highly unlikely, although i thought having 2 bad was too, before I saw it.

If it is the rear shocks then no, it would be easier if you did. The fronts would be really really difficult but I guess it would be possible.
Be sure to chock the wheels at the very least.

99 cherokee sport 6 cyl A/C question
Often times the A/C clutch stops spinning and the air gets hot. Is the clutch bad or is there a relay to change? It is full of freon, so it blows very cold when it works. Any ideas? Thank you.

Often times it is low pressure on the low side of the system that causes the compressor to cycle on and off. Verify your low side pressure before further troubleshooting.
