Hard shifting in 4lo

When in 4lo shifting from d to r or r to d it feels like the the transfer case is twisting hard to the left.

Engine: 5.2 V8, Dual cold air, dual batts, E-fan, Sanden OBA

Motor mounts are probably bad. You notice it more in low because there is more torque
