That trim looks new! I really like the factory trim on the XJs - to me its the cleanest look. Nice jeep!

My trim started to peal off and the wind helped it to almost remove itself all the way. Then I just took the rest off. I like it without.

I should clarify, on a stock jeep or a mild lift I really love the oem fender flares. I never cared for the door trim. But the oem fender flares do it for me.
My jeep has has the door trim removed.

A big lift and trimmed out fender with clean lines a big mud tires always looks good!

Just noticed the gap at the front of your hood. What happened there?

Exactly. You never know when an impromptu break dance fight might ensue.

Installed a brand new rear view mirror. For some reason it has LED lights and a USB port.

USB port might be for a dash cam hookup. would be pretty handy actually.

I replaced my fuel supply line to the fuel rail. I read about people upgrading it to AN lines and all that... BUT mine was the original 25 year old line and it still wasn't leaking! While doing other things I noticed just how rusted the frame side connector was, as seeing how close it was to the exhaust.. I just felt that replacing it was a good preventative measure against... a bad day.

I found an OEM Mopar line from Summit. I figured if it last 25 years OEM should be fine.

Also replaced a few vacuum elbows that were cracking.

Replaced plugs, wires and distro cap yesterday. CPS today, seems to have fixed the issues I was having with sputtering and dying. Now looking to modify the doors so I can remove them in the summer. But can't find any threads about it.

This forum can be a trick to search. I use google advanced search. Type in cherokeeforum for the website then search the words "door removal". Get a lot of results easy.

If you have power windows, locks, mirrors, speakers.. you'll have to make up a connector for all the wires. Its been done before.

This morning, before work, I installed a freshly rebuilt OEM front driveshaft, all u-joints were greaseable, and the center ball section greaseable too! If anyone has had the pleasure of pressing on a new slip seal please tell me how much fun you had. My hydraulic press paid me back every penny it owed me when I got that done lol.

Also greased every single fitting on the XJ. ...All 30 of them! Dang thats a lot..
