Hey Logan,
I'm going to offer you a suggestion that I fear you may not heed. But I hope you do.
I want you to have FUN with your XJ! But seems to me that you are focusing on all the wrong things.
You want to have FUN in that Cherokee? Step away from the fancy rims, the ridiculously high lifts, the useless light bars and other such doodads and gizmos.
Instead, listen to what these other guys have been telling you. Lower the lift height, and use the 31s. Take the thing out into the mud and get it dirty. Go to the places you love, and DRIVE it. Talk to the other folk you meet there. Go to the guy that has a filthy XJ that makes you smile everytime you see it. ASK him what he did to his XJ.. and why he did what he did.
As you drive your own XJ, you will discover for yourself what it is that your XJ REALLY needs to fit your driving style and location preferences.
Then, save up for, and buy what you have discovered is IMPORTANT to get your XJ to the state it needs to be in for you to have the most fun while at the wheel.
Let us know how it's going. We want to help. And love to see other people falling in love with their XJs.
Good luck.. and keep us updated on your progress.

Trust us man, 31s and a 3" lift CAN conquer far more than you'd imagine, especially since you do have a winch. Basically most anything you're likely to encounter off road.
The stinger bar? Yes, lol, it is massive. But if you dig it, rock that ****. Its not hurting your rig.
That lift is though. With 31s that lift isnt doing you any favors, your axles are still the same distance from the ground as the rest of us running 31s. But you are giving up stability due to your extremely high center of gravity, and being a short arm kit, you're giving up flexability... one of the most important factors in creating a capable off road rig.
THE most important factor is you. Wheel that thing. Learn your ride, get a feel for what it can do. The more you wheel it, the better it'll be. Even a stock XJ is more capable than most of the people driving them.
