3.5 Metalcloak lift with 33x12.5. Napier flat flares. 4" BS wheels. No rubbing but it is very close and will have to lift a little more when I get a winch

I have deleted rear sway bar and disconnected the front sway bar. Have not had alignment checked and the caster might need tuned. Still don't have license on it but have drove it short distances to the gas station and it ain't bad. Got it up to around 55 and started to get a little DW but I'm a 40 to 45 mph kinda man anyway. I haven't done a lot to the front end but ball joints and unit bearings appear good. Bottom line is it still needs some work that is done as needed. Took it out on a trail ride after airing down the tires with 4 people and a dog and it rode great. Kept it in 4lo and was able to stay in second gear for the most part but used first a lot. Def will need gears and lockers. Sorry for the long post but as you can tell I'm very happy with it, just wished I had more money to sink into it.

Default Plasti dip

Yes .. I dip it with camo tan. First time. After I started was pretty easy. The most important thing was to take your time and prep it right. No rush. It will make the difference in the outcome.
I ordered the kit with spray gun and got primer grey, cano tan pain and clear coat.

I would do do it again.

Think the 265/75/16’s actually measure like 31.8”

Really varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, but the measurements convert to 31.6x10.4r16

You can get tires that say 33x12.50r15 on the sidewall, but measure 32.5x12.3.... all just depends.

New 3" RC series 2 with new leaf springs.
15x8 rim with 4"backspace, currently on worn out 29s (no trim, duh)..
Needs bigger tires. I am thinking 30x9.5, but I wanted to ask one last time to anyone on here with the same or very similar setup running 31x10.5 whether their tires rub at full turn and/or full flex with sway bars disconnected. I don't want to trim anything but I don't wanna rub either. Ever.

If this helps at all...when I bought my XJ a couple months ago it came with 3" (maybe 3.5"??) from OME with 15"x8" wheels, same backspace, on 31s. No rubbing issue or anything at all.
