Default Need Help Identifying these hoses

I recently decided to do my valve cover gasket after noticing a lot of oil coming out from the back of the engine bay. I managed to break both hoses coming out of the valve cover. I do not know the names of these hoses nor do I know where to find replacements. The first one comes from the air fiter to the valve cover and the other goes from the intake manifold to the valve cover. I have attached a picture of the hoses I'm talking about.

01 Cherokee Sport

Thank You guys for the help!!!

They are PCV elbows.

Front and backs are not the same. One has the pin hole like in the link above. The other is just a wide open hole. I can never remember which goes in which position. Also buy 2 new grommets.

You can probably buy them cheaper elsewhere. Any help wall in any auto parts store probably has them.

What about the hoses that connect to the elbows? Mine have gotten so old and brittle that everything snapped

Just buy hose that has the same i.d. Any parts store should have it.

Edit: Adapt as necessary, like this:

Sorry for the poor shots but it's dark out and I was scared!

Rear-Dorman 47057
Front 47079
gromment 42344 Small hole in the rear one I believe. It is easier to get I think. Just take a 3/8th's bit and drill one out for the front. Dorman parts can be found at an Oreilly's

Would you happen to know the sizes of the hoses?
