About JB Weld... I repaired one of the holes for the exhaust manifold stud on the rear of the block with JB Weld after the hole broken stud/drilling debacle.
Don't have the driver side panel yet. The 84-96 panels don't sell very well at all, even after some pretty serious discounts, so I'm not sure I'll ever actually do the driver side.

I just installed a dash clock and a magnetic cell phone mount on the opposite side on the dash.
You know what would really be killer is a solution to fill the gap between the 97+ console and the pre-97 dash including a place to mount some switches, 12v power, and USB ports.

Put in a clutch master cylinder, welded the clutch pedal back together, bled the clutch, in the middle of installing a new radiator/converting to open cooling, then I'll put the wheels and tires on. I hope to have it driving tomorrow.
replaced the oil filter to rule out a bad filter, then replaced the oil pressure sensor, and temperature sensor before work. Nice to have accurate gauges again!
I replaced the bushings in my arms about 5000 miles ago. They began to clunk again. So I pulled them off and snugged up the bushing. One was super loose, the other not so bad. Pretty sure the clunks will be gone now. Will find out tomorrow.
After working a little here and there over the past couple of months I completed the task of replacing the head on my 2000 Cherokee. It started right up and sounds and runs great. I have only driven it for a few miles so far but all seems well. It is a relief to have it run fine after completing what was my first major engine project on a Jeep. This 62k mile XJ now probably has one of the cleaner, stock (except for TUPY head) engine bays out there. With the objective to do it right the first time I did a lot of research along the way. I plan to write up the lessons learned and useful info gathered and will post it on this forum in the next couple of weeks. I found much useful info on cherokeeforum and appreciate the knowledge many have contributed here.
Put her new wheels and tires on, all new cooling system hoses, new radiator, new battery, oil change, c101 connector delete, and sorta fixed the exhaust rattling on the crossmember in a round about way. Looks real promising that it'll be driving soon.

That's a mighty nice truck, Hen. I answered part of your question in the "Ask the question" thread about it, btw.
