Tried my attempt at popping the rear of the head freeze plug and I keep breaking the plug and not getting it to move off the rim
Looks like I’ll be pulling the head

Hit the rim, not the plug surface.

Good morning guys.

I tried to, the chisel I have isn’t long enough I even tried sticking it inside of a socket and hit the rim but it would slide off and hit the surface

Well, the good news is it's a 4cyl TBI, so it's faster and easier to take apart than a 4.0L.

Well this isn’t the 2.5...I would’ve had the head off in an hour
Which reminds me I have to get a deep socket 1/2mm 12 point to pull the ones on the side of the valve cover
It’s the 4.0 on the cherokee
I’ll get started on it today after work...

Pulled the trigger on the 8.25 swap. Guy stopped me at a traffic light and told me the driver's side rear wheel was wobblin..... Well, the wheel wasn't bent when I put the 33's on, and I haven't done anything to bend it SINCE they've been on... so I'm thinkin' I bent the axleshaft a while back and someone finally let me know.

Either way.....

Painted it up too, but forgot to take a pic.

Also threw my disc backing plates on it and started fooling with getting all that squared away.

Well I so far have spent 11 bucks to fix the jeep. And now all my voltage charging issues are fixed. apparently hooking a relay directly to a non keyed 12v source. For what ever reason fixes the voltage fluctuation issues. And now it runs perfect. I still got a few thing left to do. Fix the coolant leak (hope it's just needs a new uper radiator hose) and to get my oil pressure gauge working. And then title and tags. and then eveything eles after that.

Interesting,
The xj the right rear passenger has a wobble every once in a while I wonder if it’s the same issue...

Hmmm.... this isn't an every now and then thing. It's definitely constant. If you have a camera or can have a passenger hang their head out the window and watch it, you'll know for sure. I'll say this much, it isn't detectable inside the Jeep unless you're driving at a low speed on smooth pavement.

Here's that pic of it all purdy'ed up...
