Default Jeep Cherokee with Flat Fender - does 31" look to smal?

Hi there,

I hope this is the right place to ask. I ve a 97er XJ 4.0 with an OME 2.0 Lift. Unfortunately I have 245/75 R16 tires and they rub. Now I looking for new fender so I can fully flex without rubbing.

Have someone a photo of a XJ with 2" lift, 31" tires and flat fender? I care for the 31" looks to smal with flat fender on it.

This is an actually photo of mine.

Sorry for my bad english.

Thank you.

Lg

Thank you Sir! I think 2" will be okay with 31 and flats.

If you already have the flats on there I think it’ll look good with maybe some wheels with less backspacing. If you don’t have the flats on already there a post somewhere of how to modify the OEM flares that you need to look into.

No I don’t, maybe someone else will chime in that does but I’m pretty sure it’s here. Google is your friend and just try different phrases. If you have 2” of lift I don’t think you need to trim a lot for 31s. And that’s another phrase to use “no lift and 31” tars”. I seen some posts bout that.
