Default Cool find, thought I'd share

I recently hit the JY looking for a couple small odds and ends, ended up pulling this find! It's a header panel and grill from an '86 wagoneer! It was in great shap, and already have it sold.

Nothing huge! Gearing up for my biggest trip yet. Built a fold out bed! I'll post more details once it's finished! Also went out and explored a new to me area!

Haha, thanks! I'm glad you like it, as I love it!

Anyway, recently installed a Goliath offroad t-case skid to replace the factory one (yeaaaahhh that did its job). Hopefully this one holds up well! I'm really disappointed with how the crossmember mount for it attaches to the skimpy lip coming off. It survived a few kickings and me hanging off it, so time will tell! We went camping out by box butte Nebraska to watch the eclipse as well! Had a nice little spot on the beach. Slept on my fold out sleeping platform in the back!

Default Aye oh, lets go!

Well, the laundry list of things is done! Just need to organize and clean! All the fluids have been changed, oil, coolant, both diffs, t-case, and transmission! New boots on the steering components, snorkel is hooked up, and the tire carrier is on. Next up is a 2,000 mile road trip!

Default Radio silence

I've been quite, but none the less busy. Let's just say we went on a trip... I'll post more once I return home.

Default Long time, no see

Man, the past month was absolutely amazing! I have to say, I am extremely lucky for the places I have been able to see. Took my first large scale "overland" trip. Throughout the next few days Ill bring you up to date on where all we went! I leave you with a few shots and a list of everywhere we went!

State List
South Dakota (started here)
Colorado (Co Springs, Telluride)
Utah (Moab, Salt Lake city)
Idaho (Stayed overnight)
Wyoming (Grand Tetons, Yellowstone)
Montana
South Dakota (came back for the 25th jeep jamboree)
Minnesota
Wisconsin
Alaska (flew there, no Jeep)

Awesome build and great looking photos! You have come a long ways from when you first purchased it. I have to ask do you miss your Ford Ranger or you pretty much forgot about it?
