Thanks, ill have to bring it by when I start driving it. Waiting for my HnT yoke to show up so it can have two drive lines like the cool kids.
Oh by the way I'm putting those manual doors I got for you on this as well after I paint them to match.
lol. Sweet!!!! Still at the same house. Have my new project sitting in my backyard at moment. Waiting on doing a friends one ton swap and 4links to get his stuff Bring it in by. Wanna check out that HnT
Made a little head way on my bomber today. Installed my old bumper. Intalled some stock parts in my limited (soon to be for sale) cause I took the good stuff out for the bomber. Also removed the wiper motor and linkage for the bomber since the passenger side isn't working and the driver side stays on all the time when the key is on. My research points to a bad wiper motor. Also since I put my renix fuel pump in to see if the bomber would run. The one it had was putting out 10psi not enough. I'm swapping the pump to the h.o. sending unit so my fuel gauge won't read backwards (full is empty and empty is full) hopefully it works if not ill have to by a new one soon.
Some pics of the freshly painted bumper
Going to buy some new drill bits for the hack n tap today after work and some nutserts for my stock transfer case skid. Tomorrow hopefully another set of rears tj flares to go on the front. I already have a set for the rear that are cut and trimmed for the rear.
Thanks I'm liking it more but think it needs some black accents. I know once I get the tj flares mounted. it should look better. Then debating on blacking out the hood, cowl and maybe the roof. So it's not so plain and haven't seen any like it in tan.
Ive seen the TJ flare's done a few times but never really any good pics of how they are mounted. How are you planning to mount yours? just straight bolting through or making strips?
My old jeep I just self tapered them on, but I did them pretty quickly cause it was getting dark. Lol I think this time ill take my time and make a template and drill holes and bolt through since my interior plastics are taken out.
Should be able to button this up to be able to drive this weekend.
Finish k&n install
Electric fan install
Finish pump swap
Finish hack n tap
Install wiper motor and linkage
And install steering box brace
This is my must do list for the weekend then swap front seats if I have time.

I got most of my list done but my hack n tap took longer then first thought.
I got my fuel pump swapped it to the stock sender so hopefully my gauge will read right now.
Installed my k&n intake
Wired my fan and installed
Did all that in between waiting for batteries to charge for the drill I was using.
Now for the hassle of the day.
First pic is how the transfer case output shaft looked when I first bought this jeep.
Next is with the seal housing off
Third is pull the sleeve off with a puller it wouldnt budge by hand
Next is what the sleeve is, the old slip yoke that had been cut and rusted in place.
Next the rusted splines.I didn't show pics but I wire wheeled the splines, put some PB baster on it, scraped the center of splines and filed with wire wheeling it in between it all. I finally got it a some what slip fit. Then before final install I put antiseze on the splines.
Last finished.
Actually drove this today after a few thing to get to that point. It has a bad wobble hopefully I just need to balance my tires I put on it when I first got it.
I finished installing my k&n , bolted in my electric fan, Swapped in my wiper arms and motor from my 89 in to this after I swapped the plug so it would plug in. Installed my steering box brace. And painted the hood and cowl satin black. Its not plain tan anymore. I plan on painting the roof black once I buy a couple more cans of paint.

Been looking at a few alignment measurements so I can check things out as well and control arm lengths since I didn't install them and what I found with the t-case output shaft I should just check.
Started swapping front seats. Not sure what the seats are out of they were in the back of the jeep when I bought it. They are out of something from 2003. I stopped right before getting the front mounts all the way figured out. Also I figured my wobble. My toe was off about an 1" front to back now deadish on since I have a np242. I got up to 60 something on a country back road and no wobble. Going to replace the tie rod and drag link tho since the show signs of wear and aren't tight anymore. Also from my research my upper control arm length is spot on at 15.5" but my lowers are short at 16.5" it should be 17.25". so ill be fixing that after the seat swap. In the second pic you can see my grand rear seat parts hanging in the back.
