I really like that rear bumper. Here's the DIY front bumper from dirtbound I finished recently.

Wow that turned out nice. I am running their Mojave front because I never see myself needing a winch. I opted for a front receiver in case I ever really want one.

Was that the collapsed length or the yoke to yoke measurement for driving length?

Center to center on the yokes at ride height. Did not measure the collapsed length.

got the 97+console all buttoned up today, the e-brake assembley took more effort than i thought it would, but its done!

lokar shifter boots all installed now too!

ynrelated i figured out why there was so much heat in cab.
what i origionaly thought was heat from the trans tunnel turned out to be vent air coming thru the heater core, the cable for the blend door broke off it mount or something, the cable will move the vlend door out to heat, but it wont slide back to cold. but i can manually twist it back to cold from under the dash

So I crawled under the dash to see what I could see about my noisy blower motor. Pulled the shield and kick panel over the fuse box. Noticed a piece of paper behind that plastic grate. Here is what was causing the noise. All seems good now. While I had things opened under there it occurred to me do a test run on the '99 overhead I want to put in my '00. I already repined the one connector that is different from '99 to '00 on the harness. Everything worked. Even took it for a quick spin around the block to see if the trip meter and MPG screens worked. Saw as high as 14.4 MPG for a quick second on the short trip. Still be awhile till the actually install though.

Yeah I really wish OrFab was still around, would love a rear bumper to match the front.

Took it in yesterday to have a rock chip in the windshield repaired. Today I made an appoint to get it detailed.

Lol, awesome. Looks good man.

I gotta figure out where I'm going to put all my crap, lol. In an ideal world, I'd like to ditch the roof rack. Love the way she looks with no rack or bars up top, and the difference in hwy gas mileage is significant.

So, 31" spare, trail jack, Jerry can... and I want to keep it all out of my cargo area. Spare will eventually get a swing-out. But I don't like the setups the carry a tire, jack, and can. I want the tire tucked nice and close to the hatch.

ugh...

my high lift is stashed under the back seat, took a little beating on the trans tunnel but it fits and the seat latches
