Default pics of modified grills?

you know, I really like my GC except the front grill and light area. I really want to change it; has anyone done so and could you post some pics? I need some ideas here...

I just went from chrome to black. Rock auto has black grills for cheap.

the black grill does look better. I would like a more industrial or tougher look than what the stock look offers. I saw a grill on CL that the person installed metal mesh material over the stock grill. he painted it black and left the rivets metal color and it looked better but my thoughts are it be even better than that. I almost want to make it more square, kinda like the Cherokee square bodies but different. not sure if I am explaining it right.

The lights are probably round fog/driving lights or maybe hid projectors.

I plastidipped the chrome rings black and installed raised aluminum mesh over the ugly black plastic honeycomb on my Cherokee North and it looks sweet. Is this the right section if I want to post a step by step thread of 'how to'?
Before and after pic (gonna black plastidip the emblems too this weekend).

So with mine, I have wire mesh behind it and it's just painted black as well, I also had my L.E.D. Driving lights mounted inside of it, using old deep well sockets as spacers with long bolts. I also flush mounted L.E.D. driving lights into the rear bumper and hooked them to reverse lights

I don't understand why these guys are showing you WJs when you want a grill for a ZJ.

How about removing the outer portion and installing a black steel mesh over the grill support?
