Discontinued XJ 2001 exhaust

If the muffler and tailpipe run along the right hand side of the vehicle, up over the transmission crossmember (on the right of the transmission) and exit behind the right tire - you should be fine.
I can take some pictures the exhaust of my American, Left-hand drive XJ when I get home this evening.

No, he's across the pond, in a Right Hand Drive Cherokee.
For us: Manifold = Driver's side, Tailpipe = passenger side.
For him: Manifold = Passenger Side, Tailpipe = Driver side.
So it's the same engine and exhaust setup - it's just the driver who is in a different position.

Hes in the uk im sure they have a exhaust shop but no clue on the prices vs buying it and shipping tho.If he has it shipped from the usa to the uk ouch is all i can say.

Yeah no difference in the exhaust RHD vs LHD for export or domestic models, except the diesel engine (2.5L on XJs, 2.8L was KJ) as the turbo gets in the way of the steering column

Hi guys
Just wanted to say the new CAT back exhaust is now fitted. I ordered the walker muffler and tailpipe from Ebay in the States which was easier because of shipping, tax and VAT issues due to importing. So a big thankyou to everyone who posted in my thread.
