lol.... ironically, I just updated my avatar to an actual book that's titled "Bass Licks"... I'm sure people will still not get it.

Made map lights out of that little plastic housing for the factory keyless entry sensor. Sourced the LED's from auto zone, drilled appropriate sized holes, epoxied them, and just wired them in to a switch. They draw hardly anything so I just tapped in to the 12v and ground going to the plug on the keyless entry sensor. Came out pretty good and around 20 bucks in supplies. A lot brighter in person than the last couple pictures.

Along with my other LED's.

Theres just a cut out in the headliner where it mounts with a small bracket. But dont forget about the wiring. Would be easy enough to run a small gauge 12v and ground wire though.

They came in the higher trim models like the country.

Google search cherokee keyless entry cover or trim. I came up with a few results. Are you trying to get keyless entry to work or just want to use the trim cover for lights like I did?

If you want keyless entry get a cheap viper alarm, disable the alarm functions and use that module to actuate your power door locks. The range on the factory system sucks, its similar to the same as old school TV remotes, only work in short line of sight.

For dome lights and footwells, try these $2 LED panels. Direct fit and bright white light. Two panels will fit in the dome. Have been running them for years in the XJ and just installed some in the WJ.
